Our club was chartered in 1992.  We are a dedicated group of individuals from all walks of life who want to make the community and world a better, more comfortable place to live.  We enjoy the networking with others who have the same causes and devote our time to help those in need.   We welcome you to visit and join the largest service organization in the world, Lions International. 

WE HAVE FUN AT OUR MEETINGS!  HERE WE ARE AT A PICNIC MEETING IN "ANGEL'S PARK," ONE OF THE CAUSES WE SUPPORT, NOTE OUR NAME ON THIS PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT!

What We Do

Help a local Boys and Girls Club with Gift Wrapping. 

Donate school boxes filled with all the supplies first graders need at a local elementary school.

Other projects include:  Collecting eyeglasses and hearing aids; volunteering for City events and other charitable organizations; serving meals at Ronald McDonald House; clothing drive for Women Helping Women; food drives; collecting pajamas for children at risk; sponsoring families at Christmas and fulfilling their wish lists; holding a Peace Poster Contest for pre-teens and a Speakers Contests for High Schoolers.

We have several fund raisers each year, including a Casino Night, Bingo Night, Spaghetti Dinner, Candy Sales, Garage Sale and Dining for Dollars at local restaurants.

WE COLLECT USED EYEGLASSES

WE ALSO COLLECT USED CELL PHONES, INK CARTRIDGES AND HEARING AIDS and this year, BOOKS FOR CHILDREN to help prevent illiteracy.

 We sponsor a new Leo Club at University High School in Irvine, California 

Our meetings are held the first and third Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

Our Board meeting is  the fourth Monday of each month.
