HARBOR MESA LIONS CLUB  

Our club was chartered in 1992.  We are a dedicated group of individuals from all walks of life who want to make the community and world a better, more comfortable place to live.  We enjoy the networking with others who have the same causes and devote our time to help those in need.   We welcome you to visit and join the largest service organization in the world, Lions International.

What We Do

We help a local Boys and Girls Club with their
Christmas gift wrapping. 

We donate school boxes filled with necessary supplies to all the first graders of an elementary school.

Other projects include:  collecting eyeglasses and hearing aids, volunteering for city events and other charitable organizations, serving meals at Ronald McDonald House, small toy collecting for Spencer's Treasures, Clothing drive for Women Helping Women, Food Drive collections, and adopting families and fulfilling their Christmas wish lists. We sponsor youth programs such as the Peace Poster Contest and the Student Speaker Contest.

 We have several fund raisers each year, including a Casino Night, Lucy and Ethyl's Bingo Parlor night, Spaghetti Splash Dinner, Candy sales at Christmas and Easter an annual Garage Sale and Dining for Dollars at local restaurants.
